THREE-PART AYURVEDIC COOKING PROGRAM

3 Classes offered annually, or take all three to become an Ayurvedic Chef:

  1. Nourishing Foods:  This class is filling fast!  these foods are Vata reducing, provide deep physical and emotional  nourishment and satisfaction, they also tonify bones, muscles, nerves, hair, and the immune system - OCTOBER 4-8, 2017
  2. Anti-Inflammatory Foods:  these foods are Pitta reducing, alkalinizing, anti-inflammatory & hydrating - DATES 2018 TBA
  3. Detox Foods:  these foods are kapha reducing, provide cellular and emotional detox, and weightloss - DATES 2018 TBA

*Each module acts as stand alone, or take all 3 to become an Ayurvedic Chef! Program Certificate will be issued upon completion of all three modules (winter, spring,  summer)

  • 3-6pm: Group Cooking Session, in the kitchen with Traci and Guests
  • 6-6:30pm: Multi-course Ayurvedic Dinner (organic/vegetarian/Indian)
