If You're Thirsty, Hydrate with Warm Water:

Prayer, Yoga and Pranayama:

Engage in gentle yoga asanas and pranayama (breathwork) to invigorate the prana within your system, bringing fresh lift force and connecting to the forces of creation and nature welcoming them into your body and mind. Break your fast with a nourishing breakfast that aligns with your dosha. Including warm cooked whole grains, fresh fruits, and warm spices to support digestion and provide sustained energy. You can even experiment with savory soups for breakfast. 

Mindful Technology Use:

In the age of technology, be mindful of your interaction with screens. Avoid diving into emails or social media immediately upon waking. Instead, allow your mind to settle into the day gradually.
