Boosting Your Energy Naturally with Ayurveda

In today’s fast-paced world, feeling fatigued, sluggish, or drained is a common experience. While many turn to caffeine or quick-fix energy drinks for a temporary boost, Ayurveda offers a more sustainable and holistic approach to increasing our energy. According to Ayurveda, low energy often results from deficiency in prana (soma, agni, marut) and imbalances in the body’s doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—or a disruption in Agni (digestive fire) and the accumulation of toxins (Ama).
