Here's a special heart-warming ayurvedic spiced apple cider to invigorate your circulation especially through your vibrational heart. It’s perfect for quiet days or for your winter parties to keep everyone’s bliss flowing all through the season...
Ingredients:
*6 cloves * 2 stick cinnamon * 1 pinch nutmeg powder (fresh grated is best) * 2 star anise (2 full pods/complete stars) * 2 slices fresh ginger or ¼ tsp sunthi (ayurvedic ginger powder) * ¼ tsp cardamom powder * 5 crushed allspice corns * 3 oranges sliced * juice of 1 pomegranate or a handful of cranberry (if you have it) - add extra sweetener of choice to taste if you add cranberry * 1 gallon apple juice (fresh is best)
Directions:
Bring to a boil Reduce to low simmer for few hours if you have time, or rolling simmer for 30 minutes
